Climate Alliance | EIL x Changemaker Hub

The EIL and Changemaker Hub formed a partnership program, the Climate Alliance, consisting of 15 fellows. The fellowship was a 6-week commitment from February-March with weekly meetings of about 90 minutes each. Fellows earned one upper-division credit in Changemaking.*  This provided an opportunity to contribute to USD's sustainability & climate plans and boost resume involvement!

*If you are a first-year, sophomore, or Junior- Students can earn one unit of CHNG 499 (Independent Study). This unit will count as an upper-division elective course for your graduation requirements and will also count as one unit towards the Changemaking Minor (as one of three units for the elective requirement).  This unit will be added to your course schedule.

Work with ~15 fellow students to  identify an issue, come up with a solution, and implement your idea to create a long-lasting impact on campus.

Build your resume, gain confidence, and make USD a greener place
